Tractor Drawn Coffee Harvester -

This versatile tractor drawn harvester will operate where a self propelled coffee harvester will not be able to. Wherever a suitable 4x4 tractor will able to go safely, this machine will operate efficiently. The unit is adaptable for most types of tractors.

All the controls (ground speed, height adjustment, vibrator speed, etc.) are positioned on the
tractor.

The whole unit is powered by the tractor's PTO shaft.
The Triumph 3000 does not need to interrupt
harvesting for unloading.

Ease of Transport

The Triumph 3000 is easy to transfer from one plantation to a neighbouring one, as it does not need to floated by low loader, over short distances.

Overall width with wheels inside frame 3000mm
Overall length (including conveyors and drawbar) 5877.22mm
Overall height 3002.35mm

The unit will operate on slopes not exceeding 20% up and down, and side slopes of 15%, providing it is dry. The machine harvests at a rate of around 1000 trees per hour. For the machine to operate successfully, a between row spacing of 3.5 to 4.0 meters is required. In row spacing, 0.75 to 1.0 meters is recommended. The average 5-6 acre block could be harvested within a day.

Made in Australia.
The Triumph 3000 is built by Mech Coffee at Ballina on the Far North Coast of New South Wales, Australia. It is manufactured under licence
with the Brazilian Company LIFT-UP Industria de Maquinas Ltda. and distributed throughout the Pacific region by the sole distributors, The Australian Sub-Tropical Coffee Growers Cooperative Ltd. ASTCO.
